Housing at CNU XV
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

NextGen has made arrangements with Temple University. To reserve a room at Temple, please read on.

1) Fill out this document. You should fill it out with Microsoft Word otherwise the Temple University housing people may not be able to read the information that you have entered. To enter information, just replace the blank lines next to the prompts with the requested information. Two lines have already been filled in for you:

"Building Preference" is 1300. The name of the building in which we will be staying is 1300. You can see it on the Temple Website here:
http://www.temple.edu/summerconference/lodging.htm
"Special Requests" has "nextgen" entered in it to let the housing people know that your form is from a next gen person. If you have any other special requests, however, you may enter those as well.

2) The rooms in 1300 are all double occupancy. If you are coming alone Temple will randomly assign you a same sex room mate. The price is $25 per person per night. Linens, if you want them, are $5 per day or $15 per week. If you want a single room, the price is $32 per night. If you know who you want to share your room with, put that person's name in the "Special Requests" line.

3) When you have completed the form, attach it to an email and send it to Lisa.Prestileo [at] temple.edu with subject line "nextgen housing" Temple does not normally send out confirmations of reservations but if you would like to receive a confirmation that your form has been received, please put a note in the body of the email. Temple has also assured us that they will have plenty of space during May. Temple accepts only cash or check as payment. You do not need to pay until you arrive but you will need to pay up front for all the nights that you will be staying.

4) 1300 is located at 1300 Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Directions from 1300 to Loews Hotel here:

You can take bus number 23 from 1300 to Loews.
On the subway, you can take the Broad Street Line (Orange Line) 5 stops from the Cecil B. Moore stop to the City Hall stop.
